Yep, Liara still has her lingering permanent size boost from last year. Also, I like the inferred lore that literally no Asari was aware that their cocks grew from abstaining from sex. In all their thousands of years of history no Asari that has come of age has skipped more than a day or two of getting laid or relieving themselves. It's just unheard of!
