part of the remake goal was to show why he hated the Xeno creatures so much.
He's a neurologist that was investigating brain function, memory and all that at "structural level" to the point in which his investigation was leading to results in brain modification, neuroplastic procedures with no much control at first.
He late managed to continue his investigation during Project PRIME, as seen in the comic the team developed some sort of helmet that's able to perform microscopic surgery and inject agents to modify brain structure, also stimulation of brain zones.
The way this function won't really be explained in the story and serve as a fantasy element for the narration.
This is guy is very strict, and also consider the course of civilization goes with technology and hopefully perfecting the human race in the future.
Subtle things about this character in the comic:
- He mainly wears brown/gray clothes in the comic
- The brown represents "Tradition" or sort of a conservative way of thinking.
- He's one of the few humans that still wears glasses in the Derideal world.
- He would like to be applying the investigation on humans, despite the cruelty of his methods.
- This guy was inspired by Jon Irenicus in Baldur's Gate 2 mixed up with gordon freeman for some reason
