For voting tiers these are the top three I liked. Pick one and I’ll do my best to make this into a hybrid pinup or a mini comic. I reserve the right to use artistic license and make suggestions work to my storytelling ability.

A.)
Blue jeans with nanites get stolen from corporate lab and make their way to a resale shop. Man buys jeans. Man begins to transform into woman. Bottom half first but nanites work there way around the body. Jeans eventually get stolen again while our character is at the pool and male thief begins to transform suggesting a continuous pattern

B.)
A new merchandise of soda's, call Little Hyde, was given to it first customer who bought it from the store. The description of the drink says that it help release the inner you, to which the young man decided to test it out. What came out from him was not what he imagined, transforming an Amazon-build woman with a wild side, becoming Ms. Hyde.

C.)
An internet critic get a new super scientific remote control for his TV and accidental transforms himself into a Jessica Rabbit Like character.
