Consortium Patrol
Added 2020-07-22 04:05:16 +0000 UTCA Survival-Function officer patrols the city, he got assigned a Xeno Custus as backup unit.
A beta2 Custus is following his human partner. maybe they're searching for something in particular, but my guess it's just a quiet night patrolling the city.
I've just thinking about how human integrate Xenos into society, it's not something I've fully explored since I'm mostly focusing in the early days when they were just being created.
truth is that they aren't that common as you might think, they were first used only in the Consortium city and assigned very specific tasks.
Mainly as military-assets for the Survival Function operations and they even tried to assign some to the F.O.E. missions, but these veteran soldiers doesn't really like them.
Outside of the Consortium City there are still some conflicts going on, the Nexo global control is still missing some independent countries, and some zones are still under war for specific resources and against rebel organizations who oppose Nexo, so the Survival Function is always keeping order.

I think a human can get attached to them after a while, but it would be still be weird and humans in the Derideal world certainly lack lots of empathy so, it would be interesting to see it develop
