Same. I kept trying over and over. It says I won't be billed for the new subscription until Jan 20th, so I guess I'll have to wait until then to listen to the new DLC ep.

My ad free feed no longer updates (probs cause my plan no longer works), but I cannot downgreade to the below tier because I am on an annual plan and Patron doesn't let me do it. To upgrade, it requires that I spend $62 as my annual plan covers the remainder. So to listen to the ad free feed that I paid for, I have to spend extra money and otherwise I don't get access to what I have already paid for. Can I please get some help?
