It's admittedly a big commitment (10 seasons), but Smallville is worth a watch. James Gunn has mentioned being a fan, and Nicholas Hoult has told Michael Rosenbaum his version of Lex is Nicholas's favorite.

2025-08-24 00:10:21 +0000 UTCGreat reaction. They did some things in this movie that is comic accurate in some of the comics, but don't align with mainline superman stories and other superman movies. I think you'd really enjoy watching the original 1978 Superman also. This is the first time Krypto is ever shown in a live action movie, in all other stories Krypto is Superman's dog, not Supergirl's. Supergirl in comics/cartoons/other depictions has a super cat named Streaky.
