When Serie says "That boy never saw the fluctuations in my mana either." She was talking about how Lernen noticed the fluctuations in Frieren's mana, but not her's. He said that Frieren's mana was equal to Serie's, but didn't realize that Serie was suppressing her mana as well. Serie's suppressed mana was equal to Frieren's full mana.
