What i like about post martha docter who is companions fill new roles donna is the docters equil his best friend , i cant even remotly hint at what the companion post donna is because its a spoiler to her story arc But donna and the next companion both have great nee relationshio types with the docter that feel fresh

Sad that you didn't recognize Donna's grandpa as the newsstand guy from the christmas invasion tho lol. He was never intended to play Donna's grandad but the actor who was going to play her father died before production was over so they brought back Bernard cribbins to play Wilfred. Funny enough Bernard cribbins was actually a companion on doctor who back when they made the movie staring Peter Cushing (tarkin) as the doctor

2024-10-29 13:51:24 +0000 UTCi love her grandpa :) i already loved him in teh christmas special :) (there he wasnt even planned as her grandpa when they filmed the christmas special, but her "dad" was very sick i think cancer so tehy tried to firlm this episode with her dad on the hill watching teh scars but then the actor died and they changed it to her grandpa
