Gw2 Launchbuddy 4.0.3 - Beta adaptions to recent game updates

UDPATE: Hotfix patch is scheduled for this weekend :)

As described in the devlog some major changes have happened under the gw2 game clients hood. To adapt to these changes resourced had to be reallocated towards fixing newly introduced issues and bugs. Therefore 4.0.3 may not introduce new features and focuses more on plain stability. Debugging and finding these bugs is very time consuming as I do not have any insight into the gw2 gameclients inner workings. However stability and useability of this software project is king which is why my time in the last weeks has been mainly used to find and fix these bugs.

Patchnotes (not as long, but fixing some very nasty and hard to debug stuff):

- Adaptions to support the newly switch from coherent to chromium based webbrowser integration of the gw2 gameclient:

- Fixed a module load trigger which was dependend on the coherentui64.dll

- Removed a timing trigger in the steam client which is no longer needed with the switch to chromium based webbrowser

- Added first integration of cache cleaning features to wipe chromium cache

- Fixed a windowtitle trigger for the new webbrowser

- LB now uses the fixed DDOS protection timings from before the 21.02.2023 patch. These might be better but have to be redone again as some new changes happend in the gw2 login servers

- Added library access check to avoid DirectX11 access violation crashes

- Fixed a crash caused by a access violation of the DPI factor get method
