Some would recognize her as "Harbour Princess" or Kowan Seiki, hence the nickname "Wanko" (Japanese; common steriotyped name for dogs or little puppies in Japan) and get depicted as a sexual symbol by many Western Kancolle fans because well, wank.
Though her original designs look wickedly serious, the fandom always portrait her as a weak, soft, and innocent big sister for whatever reasons (anyone knowing the true cause behind this, please let me know). Anyway, I like both her serious look and innocent one. I used to doodle her a lot back when she first appeared so this is a great chance I could bring her out to coloring thanks to you guys' votes and supports! THANK YOU!
She will have a NSFW version with naked boobs and the bikinis off, with special "Original Serious" face expression. Teaser will be posted soon.
