November Rewards Sent Out!
Added 2015-12-06 13:45:51 +0000 UTCAs the title said, I've just sent the November's rewards to patrons whose pledges were confirmed as successfully processed via patreon message!
Please let me know if you're satisfied with your rewards, or if not, what would you suggest to improve my working quality and management.
And for those whose pledges are declined, as it has been 4 months since I opened up my Patreon, I've learnt some conclusions to the case;
- You are using Paypal. Paypal is a big no for NSFW arts. This is Paypal's policy itself so Patreon can't help you with that. You need to change your payment method.
- Your credit card's company or banking declined transactions for Patreon. You'd need to contact your credit card's publisher and ask them how to fix it, or change your credit card.
- You are using a debit card that is not connected or registered as available for online transaction. Contact your bank to see what you should do about it.
- You don't have enough money in your bank account lel XD put some money into it and fix your payment setting. This will revert your status back to pending.
- You put in wrong information for your cards. Double check it.
- Send a note to Patreon reporting your status by this link >> https://patreon.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
- If none of the above works and you still want to support or to get the rewards, send me a message to see what we could do. There's still a way out.

Hikari, your status on the payment is showing as Pending so I think we still have to wait a little longer. I have no idea why Patreon is taking a lot longer to process some pledge than others. I'm sorry that this is delaying you.

Before that some people were still using Paypal and got declined and had no idea why, and there's even some creators that haven't confirmed themselves as a NSFW creator with Patreon, but still create NSFW contents anyway so Paypal found out and declined their pledge. That's the reason I have to explain but it'd be too long lol XD btw I got the shirt :) It's beautiful. Will post a photo on my FB page when I have time.

2015-12-06 14:34:09 +0000 UTCThere's no PayPal option if you want to pledge for NSFW arts, so you need a Credit Card to proceed. But if you have both Credit Card & PayPal, you can switch and transfer all the Credit Card payment into PayPal from the Payment Settings. The only issue I found was if there's a different payment method at the same time.
