The reason she's holding cards is that Cid-san here is making a card game business and want to feature this pic on his shop, which I feel it's interesting since Love Live! is also featured in Weiss Schwarz, a Japanese trading card game.
And I had fun drawing her since she's one of the character I like in the series. (She's also being in the poll right now lol)
