The video may still be processing because I forgot to upload it last night. The process videos will be getting longer from here on out but you can click the gear thing to speed the video up more if you want.
The alien has definitely added a significant amount of time to each page. It being textured was one thing I wanted its design to have from the start. Don't regret it but Inking has to be done in two sittings now.
The other design factors I wanted were tentacles, radial symmetry, some kind of self propulsion, tough skin on top, and claws for grabbing. Something for a creature that spends a lot of time drifting in space. And it all amounted to an evil starfish. I call it Squiddie in my script but will happily accept better nicknames haha.
