Are they afraid of worse consequences or just not even aware that there's someone to warn? If they're indeed too fat to see their surroundings, Carrie will most likely have to stumble across a foot sticking out of what looks to be a wall of dough.

Wow, just looking at the pastries... slight squiq territory for me, partway inferring from what I know, but I think you’ll manage to pull it off somehow. I mean, Wihtt wasn’t all sweets and delights, I’ve had a feeling there was always a dark side to the whole confectionary wonder, I guess it just took a bit of morbid moxie to explore it. You’re going in the right direction, I just gotta remind myself where I’m going!
