The hallway is a little too blurry considering so much of the panel is focused on it. Character rendering is as good as ever is was just a bit distracting for me.

And most likely a combination of the first two. 4. Same as number three only the also chance some of the ladies who’ve had reactions/transformations like Carol are lurking somewhere nearby or amongst them and nobody but Carrie is concerned there are giant fruit women and balloon women waddling about
