So, popping. I didn't intend to include any at the outset but it regularly got brought up in comments and here we are. I wanted a reason the loompettes couldn't use the berries for themselves anyway, and fatally allergic is a pretty good reason. I might have made the burst panel gorier, but I figured since popping isn't a focus I should keep it discretionary.
Since I'm sure it will be asked, Katie will not pop!

Trying to take the moral high ground after enjoying 25 pages of physical assault and sexual assault (I mean, if we're going to be real, let's be real) is pretty rich. It's fiction, and more importantly, it's a fictional death by something that CANNOT ACTUALLY HAPPEN IN REAL LIFE. Moreover, if you're going to throw a damn fit about fictional depictions of death, do you also throw these kinds of fits about deaths in comic books? Novels? Movies? TV shows? Probably not.

And I don't see how it's "the downfall of so many great artists," When hardly anyone decent does bursting stuff; even 0pik has stated multiple times that Katie won't burst here (despite some, including me, hoping against hope that she might). Get your damn panties out of a bunch, dude.

But it's his Patreon, and his art, and I still really enjoy a good 75% of his stuff, so I'm not gonna do anything beyond say how I feel about it.
