Tis that time again where the initial call to the mass is sent out for new psr submissions, so get those brain cells fired up and submit your request via the link below, and remember...

if you got one last time you'll need to wait for the 'final call' posting in a few days, failing to follow this rule will see your submission skipped, no if's and's or but's this is to get new comers and those that missed last month a chance to get a slot, seeing as how fast they can fill up... literally XD

but standard submission guidelines, single characters, no backgrounds, no full sequences (can be broken up over multiple months) etc
