July PSR Submissions - Initial Call

But time wait for no one, so this month it's opened again, get those brainstorms a rumbling, think of what you'd like drawn and send them my way, remember if you got one last month you'll have to wait until the 'final call' other rules are standards seen on the form, and please remember to include reference file links and series titles so i know where characters are from :)
