Tensile testing results

Hi everyone! Yesterday I posted the video about my findings of 3D printing ABS as strong as possible with a large nozzle. Chances are that there are ways to improve it further, but this was already getting a bit out of hand. As I've already mentioned, I underestimated the amount of work this takes and it wasn't honestly not a lot of fun to do. But hey, now I can print the rim with confidence!

In the attachment you find two files with the same data. The toplaywith shows the graphs in which you can see the correlations and can be used to, well, play with.. The samples marked green are printed with the settings I printed that rim with. I'm going to print the rim with the settings of samples 121-124. First I'll print a part of that rim to see how it looks with a larger part. If that looks good, I'll print the real deal!
