Zack and Ryan go all the way, but that leads to a new wrinkle to the night...

Fair. I had to Google her - I'm not a porn aficionado. Stereotypically, it's a male name, though that is changing, but usually gets switched to Rihanna or Rayna in TG stories. It's Gaelic/Celtic and modern sources claim it means 'Little King' or 'champion', but the true meaning is actually unknown - lost in the mists of time, and there are a lot of mists in Ireland. It's not as jarring as 'Brett' for a girl, as in Brett Cooper. That one confused me for a while. I'm having that debate with myself about character names now. Do I use common, recognisable names that people can relate to for main characters, or do I use more obscure/unusual names that actually mean how the character is? I like the latter. I tend to use, plain, common names for stereotypical / one-dimensional characters and more obscure names for complex characters. I believe our names affect how we develop because of how others around us react to them and treat us accordingly as we grow up. Names that are masculine in some cultures are also feminine in others, like 'Kim'. 'Exiern' plays with that a lot with their main character, Typhan-knee - a male Barbarian. Apparently, 'Ryan' has started to be used more as a girl's name since the 1970's but I've never encountered it like that before. People I know tend to be going back to choosing traditional names for their kids that were common in my parents' generation (born in the 1920s) - ones that my generation considered to be archaic or passé. 'Violet', my mother's name, seems to be having a resurgence, whereas my name, which was once quite common as a kid, is apparently dying out.

One of my favorite female adult stars is named Ryan Ryans, so I kept it as is :)

He just shot all of his masculinity into her. (and she's still responding to, "Ryan?"

Kaffeyette Lektor

Something like that... :)
