Also bug talks about spiders and how a mother spider is one of the most terrifying creatures on the planet when her young are threatened. If I remember correctly.

2025-11-22 16:50:23 +0000 UTCI've always felt like people sleep on this show. It's just so charming and silly, it's absolutely ridiculous and stupid, but it never tries to convince you it's not. It leans all the way into its own sense of humour and commits so fully that you can't help but love it despite how way, way over the top it gets. I would pay any money to see Starkid give it the TGWDLM:r treatment; give the script another pass (it can definitely use it), re-arrange the music and maybe touch up the lyrics and I think they'd genuinely have an absolute banger of a show. I'm glad you had so much fun with this one. Not everyone seems to "get" it, but for those of us that do, it's really something special.

Im so glad you loved this show, its one of my favorites. I watched it the first time before I got into Star Trek, and when I watched it after I did I got so much more emotional when Bug sacrificed himself through the glass with the "needs of the many" motto. It made me cry so much. Its a silly show but it so much fun!

Itβs definitely meandering and very much a product of being from 2011, for better and for worse, but I love how earnest and sweet this show is, despite all the issues. Tootsie and Megagirl are one of my all time favorite Starkid couples, theyβre tooth-rottingly adorable
