Login problems!
Added 2018-04-28 04:14:39 +0000 UTCAt last! My apologies on the recent silence! I was unable to login to my Patreon account the past couple weeks. I don't know if my original support ticket got lost or what but I wasn't getting any replies from support via the ticket I started last week. I started a new one this morning asking them to just plain turn off my two-factor authentication as it was preventing me from logging in! Switching my phone into airplane mode for a bit and then back seemed to remedy whatever was going on though.
I use two-factor authentication for Patreon which sends a short mail to my phone when I try to login to be sure that it is me trying to login, but that mail stopped coming a couple weeks ago. I was still receiving mail from Instagram, MailChimp, my phone company, and other services so it didn't seem like it was a problem on my end. Why airplane mode fixed it I don't know, but it's good to be logged in again!
I will get an update on here before the end of the day showing the progress I've made since the last post!
