I give some leeway to it in smut, but any show or mainstream comic that did it was very upsetting to me. Especially when romance occurred while body swapped. Kind of has a rapey vibe to it since the body taker is forcing the body to do something and the sexual partner thinks they are with someone else. For porn though, to each their own. People get jollies from different things and I'm sure this is up a lot people's alleys

2020-01-20 17:02:08 +0000 UTCI'm sorry, but I didn't like this comic. It's not that the comic is just a self love scene with a woman. I could get behind that. It's not that the woman in question has a more muscular fit (with a six pack) body. Not my preference, but depending on the story, I could still behind that. My problem is that John basically stole Nicole's body & life and doesn't seem to be sympathetic about it or to what is happening to Nicole, who's probably in his old body. John just assumes that if Nicole can get into shape once before, she could do it again, as if that would be her biggest concern about being stuck in his old body. He's not considering that Nicole is probably freaking out about being in a guy's body and having her life taken away from her. He just feels like she'll know what's she doing in the gym to get back into shape in his old body. John then adds that even if Nicole in his body doesn't know what she's doing at the gym, he doesn't care and he's not giving up keeping her body. John is just an cruel awful person and that ruins any enjoyment I could have out of this comic. This is why I'm not a fan of body swap gender swap stories. I'm sure they're ones that work, but body swaps, to me, seem like a violation of the body/bodies of the person/people involved in the swap. Just seems messed up seeing somebody else go around in your body, doing whatever they want, whether you want them too or not, since it's actually your body. Not just the body stolen, but also the life that comes with the body stolen too. The person with your body could go around and say ruin your relationships with your friends and family, ruin your career, maybe even commit crimes with your body. But worse, have sex in your body with people that the original body's owner would never actually have sex with. The body swap is so wrong on a moral level, since Nicole did not give consent for John to take her body and John is refusing to give Nicole's body back to her. John, if you have a problem going to gym because people there being mean, get over it you jerk. I get that being laughed feels awful and terrible, but that doesn't justify stealing someone's body and life. If you're really serious about getting in shape, either just suck it up and go back to the gym and work hard despite the teasing by the other gym members and show those gym members up by getting into shape. Or just buy some workout equipment and workout from your home. Actually, not only is he stealing this woman's body and life, but he is taking a shortcut in getting in shape. There is no shortcuts to losing weight. He learned nothing from any of this. Probably in a few months, because he took a shortcut to having a fit body and did no hard work to earn it or learn how to get and maintain it, he's probably going to ruin her fit body, put on a whole bunch of weight and be right back where he started. Moping because he's getting laughed at at the gym, this time in a body that isn't his. I would serves him right, but Nicole's fit body would be also suffer. So sorry, this comic just really upsets me so much. I hate John and feel really bad for Nicole. Maybe there could be a sequel comic where Nicole gets her body back and John gets his comeuppance somehow. Maybe an ass kicking by Nicole's gym friends. *sigh* At least next week, Rental continues. With that cliffhanger in part 5, I'm so curious what's going to happen next. As for Getting into (a) Better Shape, this comic upsets me on a moral level, which killed any enjoyment I could had for it. Like I said, if there is ever a sequel to this comic, I hope it ends with Nicole getting her body back and John getting his comeuppance. Or at least learn a lesson from this experience and learn to be a better person in his own body, as well as get in a better shape with his own body too. Anyway, sorry for ranting so much, but this really upset me so much, it really got under my skin. Some comics, I'm sure, I didn't care for, but I understood that it was an issue of preference, which is on me and not the comic. But in this comic, no one grew as a character and the main character is just an awful person, which means you can't sympathize with him and his issues and it has a downer ending, with Nicole screwed over, losing her body and life and the unsympathetic John getting away with stealing Nicole's body & life, while having no regret or guilt over doing that. Sorry, I hate this comic, but I do love your other work so far and I'm sure I'll love the comics you'll come out with in the future. Looking forward to more of your comics, which I'm sure I'll like more than this comic. Sorry.
