My opinion: inform your subscribers like Lord Aardvark did with a sentence like that one: " If you use the iOS Patreon App to subscribe to me or anyone else, cancel those subscriptions and subscribe directly through the browser instead! " and let the subscribes pay, so most people will change their AppStore based subscriptions to neutral ones. Only way to show Apple, that this fee is a rip off. I' am so glad that I never bought or used a single Apple device.
