I wanted to suggest Maryjane (メリジェーヌ) from the VN 正義の変身ヒロインを支える俺と悪の女幹部 https://www.lilith-soft.com/black/product73#character ...but she's not well-known, and tentacle hair is difficult. So I know it's a long shot. If not then some Arknights girls. Saria or Hoshiguma.
