You should listen to Bob sing a cover from Chuck Berry called C'est la Vie. They both had different arrangements for this song. It's a very happy song.

Bob Seger has always been one of my favorite solo artists. As a Tacoma native, I wondered how I didn't know he was here. Then I saw the date; it was right around the time my father passed away. Otherwise, I'm sure I'd have gone. Hard to name a favorite song when every one of them are hits, but nothing moves the spirit quite like "Roll Me Away."

Back in 2013, I drove from Montana to Tacoma Washington to see Bob Seger. He sounded so good live. As an unexpected bonus, Joe Walsh opened for him. This has always been one of my favorite songs by him. Great reaction.

I like it when I'm reminded that songs like this exist. TY, love it, haven't heard it in a long time!
As a side note: A young up & comer from Scotland, Nathan Evans, has a unique, fun voice. He's different, lots of songs from him. His latest The Wedding, his remake of Cotton Eyed Joe, Old Mans Grace, Milarrochy Bay, Paper Planes and more. Does sea shanty songs too. It's just fun, good music and different than many others. Worth a listen!

Got to see him on his final tour. It was a bucket list show and well worth the wait.

Have always loved this song. Lol...used to sing it to my wife, before she was my wife. Hey, on a side note... you've got to hear Band Maid. They are incredibly talented. They are an all girl band from Japan and rock hard. They toured with The Warning a few years back and actually collaborated with them on a few songs. You're going to like them.π
