Hey everyone! Today will be a long and very unusual post! Just yesterday I announced our new game and it is great time to talk about our team that is now working on two games.
If you have been with us from the very beginning then supporting this Patreon page meant supporting me in my endeavor to adult games development. Today it means supporting the work and existence of a whole team that is dedicating their lives to Fetish Locator.
I will go first by telling you a little bit more about myself. Then you will learn more about each team member - more or less in the order they joined this project.
So as you know I started this whole thing and selected a name ViNovella just because I was going to work on a Visual Novel. Name worked quite nice, but since it became a team I decided to name the team ViNovella Games and just refer to myself simply as Vi.
One big thing that I want to share with you all is that just this month I became a father for the first time! This is a super exciting event in my personal life! I'm super happy and love my newborn baby so much! Can't really describe this in mere words, so I hope you can imagine my happiness and it will also make you smile for a sec :)
But don't worry, I'm not going onto paternity leave. Work on the game will continue, especially because I have such a great team to support me.
Ok back to telling you more about Vi. Since I started the game working alone, the early parts were done 100% by me - they weren't very good because I was still learning the craft. First I needed help with the writing because that is my weakest skill. I'm quite good with making ideas and developing the story, but to write it in good English is super hard. Even though I had help with the writing, the rest of Week-1 was mostly done by me alone. All the rendering and most of the coding. By the time I started work on Week-2 I had learned how to make good renders and started to look for more people to help with the game. By the start of Week-3 I almost stopped making renders myself. These days I'm focusing on team management, asset preparation, location creation, character creation, and story development. And on top of all that are the things that come with a bigger project - managing twitter, steam, reddit, patreon, inch.io and many other accounts, finances, and searching and hiring team members and freelancers.

Heya, I'm Theodore "Theo" Malt, one of the writers here at ViNovella Games. I started waaaaay back with the "Day 2" (Tuesday of Week 1) release. Back then adult interactive fiction was shockingly tame. One day I was on a forum defending one of my favorite games (which was being shamed for including anal) when I came across a post for a game called "Fetish Locator." Even before I tried the game I knew I wanted to support it. Just a few years later our market now proudly includes games for all sorts of kinks, and I like to think we had something to do with that.
The method we use for writing comes from my past experience as a database developer - we start with the big picture, then break it into smaller and smaller pieces to turn the complex into a series of simple problems. Vi started with a 3-Week plan, which we divided up into individual weeks, then individual days, and then to individual scenes. Each stage gets a summary or outline, and then we start writing. As the team has gotten larger those plans and summaries have become even more useful. Everyone knows where the game is going and how their piece fits into the bigger picture. Although, things don't always go exactly according to plan and there still might be some end-of-game surprises.
My favorite character to write for is Min, but my favorite scene is AmRose singing in the bathtub on enema day.

Hello! I am RockStar8 and everyone in the team calls me Rockstar (contrary to the name, I am not a rockstar). I am from India and I joined the team in mid 2020. Since then I have been handling the coding part of the game. I also made GUI elements for the game until Raur joined the team. People at ViNovella Games believe that I can talk to snakes, I guess that is a result of watching too much Harry Potter when I was a kid. Some of my favorite things to do are - Playing games, Riding bikes and Traveling. Also I love doing what I do (which is working on code). My favorite character from the FL universe is Min. Hey I’m VenusCove or Venus for short, one of the many 3D artists at ViNovella Games and part time Vi-Impostor. I came into making Adult games about 2 years ago when I started my own (unreleased) project, after a bit less than a year of working on that I stumbled across Fetish Locator and swiftly joined the team. That was at the end of 2020. Even though my title says 3D artist I do quite a bit more than render; some animations, creating and shaping the story, coding, testing and planning. I do a little bit of everything to make sure you can get your hands on the goods ;). I’m sure you’ve seen some of my work throughout Week 2 and 3, most notably Stacy’s or Lydia’s scenes in the end of Week 2 for Fetish Locator and for Vinovella University you also will see some of my work; I’m looking forward to you enjoying our newest project as well!

Psh-psh, here is the WEEnDy on the line, or actually you can call me by another nickname - LoudLout, that I use for publishing my music (and the same nickname also takes place in the credits of the game). So, as you probably already guessed, I'm operating everything that hits your ears as you play our fascinating games! It includes music, sound effects, and voice phrases. I joined the ViNovella team at the end of 2020 when guys just started working on Week 2. My first task was to update all sound content of week 1 and after that, I've aligned with nowadays progress of the team and now we are working simultaneously, which allows us to create some scenes with much more attention to the audio.
Outside of my sound designer role, I do some programming of the scenes and I hope to improve this skill a lot throughout time. My main hobby is music. Actually, I'm a professional trumpeter, but I still consider it more like a hobby and play every musical instrument that comes to my hands. Of course, I love playing video games as well, don't even know which I like more from these two hobbies.

Hi! I'm Smartass - writer for ViNovella Games. I work specifically on Vinovella University, and it's my first visual novel writing job! I've written novels as a hobby for years, and have always wanted to be a professional writer. ViNovella Games got me into visual novels and I ain't looked back since. I help with story development, character bios, and write the scenes. One of my favorite parts of the job is all the research that goes into a project like Vinovella University. You'll see why as the game progresses! ;)
I also have my own horse boarding farm! It's a lot of busy work, but I enjoy suffering. :') Nah, really though, I love horses.
On the personal side of things, I've got a lot of hobbies! I love to draw, and play horror games/VNs. My favorite horror games are those centered around psychological horror. I like the super fucked up shit. My all time favorite game is Red Dead Redemption 2, though. I also read! Anything from Lord of the Flies to Twilight, lmfao. Classics to modern brain rot. Any Stephen King novel also works (horror is a big genre for me in any form). I'm also a huge animal lover, and have amassed a small army of animals as companions. And writing, of course. Journaling, poems, novels, short stories, anything and everything. I. Love. Writing.

It's Vi again here! Next, I will shortly go through the rest of the team and tell you about them.
We have XLore who joined us in August 2020 and was one of the first 3D artists who joined the team after me. Xlore works part-time and mostly handles some small scenes. But he is famous for making some great scenes with Vanessa and Allison. He also participated in some of the VU scenes.
Next is Wise2face or Wise. He joined the team in September 2020. He came to us without experience, but with a lot of passion and learned how to make great 3D renders. Since then he has made a lot of great scenes and helped the team to make a great game! His favorite character is Lyssa and he did great work on many scenes with her!
Next is Hooli who joined us in July 2021 as another 3D artist and already made huge contributions to both VU and FL. His favorite character is Stacy and his favorite scene is spying on Stacy in Week One! You will see a lot of Hooli's work in VU!
And Raur joined us also during summer of 2021 and he is the only team member who works with 2D graphics. You will see his great works in VU and also lots of design elements that are in both games!
And we even have FIVE more people in our team who want to stay private without sharing the information about them. Most of them are also 3D artists and some of them are working on FL, some only work on VU and some are making animations for both of our games!
Our big team is very global! Have people from Germany, USA, India, Russia, Belarus and even more. We all are very passionate about our games and we love the characters that we are creating for you! Stay tuned and you will get more revivals for VU on the 20th of March!
