"Back when we were kids, me and Jen were sort of outcasts, especially her.
"We were always picked on in Preschool. I was picked on because I was adopted and because I was the only cow the other kids had ever met, and she got picked on because they thought she was weird.
"She always preferred to sit by herself and arrange whatever she could get her hands on into neat lines. I always sat with her because she wouldn't make fun of me and always had this kind of calming presence to her.
"By the start of elementary, we were inseparable and always hung out both in and out of school. I was never good with numbers, so she always helped me with my homework.
"Seriously, I would have failed high school math if it wasn't for her, and I probably wouldn't have been able to graduate from college either.
"And as I grew bigger and stronger, I dealt with any bullies who bothered her and kept potential preds at bay.
"When I got old enough that I started to lactate, she helped relieve me. But as my milk production and 'appetites' grew, she got the idea to turn my milk into ice cream that we could sell commercially. She got so invested into the idea that she took a correspondence course on ice cream making while also pursuing a double major in economics and chemistry, and... well, here we are." — Bessie
