[Game Update] It's a Gluttonous Life - alpha0.22 Release

Unfortunately, since the previous update got delayed and because I had some IRL stuff happen that prevented me from working a few days, this update is a bit small. Sorry about that, y'all.

Changelog
-Sigrid and Beatrice now leave the bar at times.
-The bar background now correctly indicates whether Jasmine, Beatrice, or Sigrid are at the bar.

Having an error in the code that pops up on the screen in the bar when I try to have a drink with an NPC. Saying "'jasmine_at_bar1' is not defined"
