Why just now?

This will take effect after I'm done with the last commission I have. Probably next month or earlier, so I suggest you change your tier to $10 sooner or later. I didn't remove the tier right away to give people time to change and read this post first.

Everything will be on the $10 tier from now on. You can still access the new content I just released with that tier.

The workload of releasing new animations has already taken a toll on me. Having to produce two different versions of animations for the $10 tier alone is mentally exhausting. Now, considering the $15 tier, where I promised long animations and personalized name credits, the demands would be even greater. I believe those who pay for the $15 tier expect long animations to be significantly longer than just 2 minutes and 30 seconds. If I don’t remove the $15 tier, I would be responsible for creating three lengthy animations each month, which is overwhelming.

Also, with our current economy right now, saving $5 is a big deal, and perhaps you can go support other artists out there

*Why did I add the $15 tier in the first place?

When I created my Patreon account, I was trying to find the right balance between tiers and the incentives each one offers. However, I noticed that many well-known artists tend to stay around the $10 tier and rarely go beyond it unless they provide additional valuable incentives. In my case, I don’t have any compelling extras to offer for the $15 tier besides including your name in long-form videos. My main concern is the workload—taking on that tier would leave me with no time to rest or take breaks.

*You ripped us off!

No, I didn’t. I didn’t charge you for all those months, and the only time I resumed billing was when I released my Bowsette animation. In fact, I hadn’t planned to resume billing that month if it weren’t for people who wanted to resubscribe but couldn’t because billing was paused. So far, you have only made a one-time payment for this.

*Why make 2 different versions of an animation if it's stressing you out?

I want to provide value to both free and paid viewers. Free viewers can still enjoy my content without worrying about paywalls, while paid viewers receive exclusive new and additional content.

*Why not just give early access to paid members and release it publicly after a month?

That’s a valid point, but I don’t think it would be fair to those who paid to see the content. It’s like paying for new shoes, only for me to give the same shoes away for free to everyone a month later. This is why I create two different versions of the animation—one for paid viewers and one for the public—so both groups can enjoy their own unique experience.

I’ve also considered making slight alterations to existing animations, such as adding new outfits, multiple angles, and more. This approach is commonly used by well-known NSFW artists, and it’s something I applied with the Emma variants.

I don’t want to charge people $15 per month without delivering what I promised—long animations—because I’m still focused on creating content for the $10 tier. Additionally, the wait time for those paying $15 to receive a long animation would be very long, meaning they’d be paying without getting anything in return, which wouldn’t be fair.

I hope everyone understands the decision I’ve made. I realize this announcement comes late, especially since some have already paid, but it could have been much worse if I had allowed monthly charges to continue without delivering anything in return.

*Regarding Paused billings

I allowed billings to resume this month because many people were experiencing issues that prevented them from subscribing or resubbing, which blocked their access to Patreon exclusives. Since I can’t monitor and respond to every individual DM about this, I believe the best course of action is to simply resume the billings.
