Su Luo followed her to the testing area.

“Hold still for a moment,” she instructed softly.

After a few seconds, she read the temperature and then turned her attention to the bioelectrical analysis machine nearby.

“Now let’s measure your body composition,” she said, guiding him onto the device.

The instrument passed a mild electrical current through Su Luo’s body, measuring his muscle mass and fat distribution. The results were displayed on a screen nearby.

“Your stats look excellent,” Elsa praised. “But there’s still room for optimization.”

“I’m aware,” Su Luo replied calmly. “That’s why I believe a refined diet plan is crucial to help me perform better, both in training and matches.”

Elsa smiled, impressed by his mindset. “Then let’s work on your meal plan together.”

She pulled out her notebook and began drafting a detailed nutrition schedule.

“For breakfast, we’ll focus on high-protein foods—boiled eggs, whole-wheat bread, and milk. For lunch, lean meats, vegetables, and brown rice. And for dinner, deep-sea fish will be the main source of protein.”
