I mean, RINO, if u want to make a prolapse version for the fan of it, feel free. We dont have anything against it. You can make 2 versions of the same page, one with the prolapse and one wihtout it. And you can do this all the times, feel free. Just please make at least one without it. This way everyone will be happy.

Really extreme thing, that is abnormal, which makes it potentially exciting for some people (not the majority of course). I think it's an interesting "bizarrre" variation in some drawings, not all. And maybe it's better to propose everytime an alternative version just gaping. Because it's just crazy thing in drawings, it's absolutely not the same problem that in real porn movies. I vote for it

OMG please no prolapse! In reality, this is a serious, partially dangerous medical and very bad-looking issue and I'd prefer to NOT see such things in erotic fanatsy. However, this is just my personal 2 cent of opinion.
