2023-07-18 04:09:42 +0000 UTCThe first two OVSs are definitely just fan service. The third - fifth OVA is a contentious arc that is canon to the show. BTW, there were extra scenes where Rimuru summoned the golem for Ramiris. They were never included in the official anime release. There are two short episodes on YouTube: "Sukuwareru Ramiris 01v2" and "Sukuwareru Ramiris 02". I don't know why they weren't included in the main anime release, but they are canon.
