Precedent of Iron Throne is clear, if it wasn't three girls of Aegon the Third would've inherited before Viserys the Second. I feel like Jon take this decision on succession just to create conflict with Oberyn for no reason. Also I don't understand why a MC that grew up in feudal middle ages acts like a feminist with a gender equality mindset. Not sitting on the throne and instead sitting equally with two women will cause nobles of Westeros to see him as a weak man ruled by his wives. Not to mention how bad a three monarch rule would end up. Who holds the true authority? If they are equal does that mean two of them agreeing means they can do whatever they want or do all three of them has to agree? Will next consort hold an equal power to king or queen? According to this type of gender neutral inheritance Rhaenys is the true ruler as the eldest child of Rhaegar so her child should be next in line. It feels like Aenar is intentionally making decisions to slight Dorne and cause conflict. He should've named first son as heir and marry him to a daughter from other wife. Also flashbacks are really taking too much time in this fic. I am guessing you are planning on time traveling other people like Aenar but that would be boring as they would be annoying enemies instead of actually entertaining.
