What an intense chapter the GAANG finally splinter off. Aang’s gonna have to do some serious soul searching after his actions this chapter I do hope he gets his head on straight. Naruto and Toph now just have each other for now wonder what Azula will think of all this. love to use of the DBZ Abridged lines especially a coward patting himself on the back that’d be chilling especially coming from a friend in a time of war. I can’t wait to see what Book 3 has in store.

Good chapter, i hope that Naruto meet the masters Ran and Shaw to master his black firebending in the book 3

The fact that Aang has fallen so low is something I didn't expect. I never genuinely believed that, of all people, he would decide to choose Naruto as the one he would kill. He only took him as a threat; it wasn’t Zuko, or Shao, Azula in the drill, or Long Feng... Only the one who directly opposed his ideals was the one who made him go that far. It will be very difficult for him to regain Naruto's trust, if it hasn’t already been lost forever, and I wouldn’t blame him. Maybe Kyoshi is also at fault, for telling Aang exactly what she did to end the life of a loved one, and that might have encouraged Aang's actions. Although I can also imagine Kyoshi being very angry with Zseto for encouraging Aang's behavior. I can’t stop imagining what will come in the future now; this will possibly end in a very different way than the canon

Yeah, I am a big fan of DBZ Abridged; I decided to use a few lines and change them a little.

I’m glad you enjoyed it. Naruto was fed up with Aang, and to make sure nothing like this happened again, he decided to just leave and not put the group in danger again. Will they meet again? That remains to be seen. Yeah, I’m a big fan of DBZ Abridged, and I decided to use some of the lines 16 says to Gohan while changing them a little. Azula, Zuko, and Ozai will definitely appear in the next chapter. Naruto’s dragon spirit will make a comeback since, in Book 3, he and Toph will be in the Fire Nation. Kyoshi will be disappointed more than anything, while Wan, who spent his whole life in war, will show Aang the True Reality of War and open his eyes.

I notice a few lines of dialogue from Dragon Ball Z Abridged. Though I will admit, the lines that both Cell and Android 16 gave to Gohan involving his pacifism/cowardice work really well in regards to Aang. He refuses to give up on his ideals of being an Air Nomad, despite the fact that many previous Avatar’s who were born air nomads realized that they needed to put the world before their beliefs, something that Aang refuses to do, even in canon. He has officially broken any bond he has with Naruto all because he blamed Naruto for forcing him to make a hard choice and tried to kill him over it, showing himself to be a hypocrite who refuses to take responsibility for his own actions and who is a selfish coward that refuses to make the hard choices to protect the world. Also it will be interesting to see how the group functions without Toph in the next book, as well as how Kiyoshi will react to watching Aang try to kill her descendant

That was simply incredible! From beginning to end, my heart was pounding after witnessing the fight, but especially the separation of the Avatar team. As cruel as it may sound, it felt so satisfying to see Naruto unleash everything he had against Aang until their bond broke. (I don't know if it was intentional, but it was exactly like Cell and Gohan in Dragon Ball Abridged). I’m left with so much on my mind after this, with questions and things I don’t know where they stand. The peculiar absence of Zuko, Iroh, and Azula now that the second book is over leaves a very different atmosphere. It makes me wonder if Naruto might end up forming some kind of bond with the princess. Even more, without Toph now on Aang’s side, things will be quite different from the canon. I can’t wait to see what the third book will bring with them both, and of course, seeing her and Naruto as adults in the future :) One thing that’s eating me up is Naruto’s dragon spirit. Curiously, it hasn’t been seen since he met it, and I wonder if it will be overlooked. But what has me most excited is Kyoshi’s response to both her grandson and Aang. I can’t imagine how painful it must have been for her to witness how close he came to dying at Aang’s hands. And even more, the reprimand that will fall on the bald one after all his decisions, starting with whatever Wan has in mind for him. No doubt, it’s going to be something harsh. Now, I’m more hooked than ever!

It’s been awhile since I read the earlier chapters but is there the “black sun” and Sozin comet story arcs from canon? Cause I think the former is kinda shot at this point even if they were planning to do it.

When it comes to the story of Book 3, Aang and his group are at their lowest, but Sokka will be the pillar keeping the team from crumbling. Aang and Naruto will have the biggest character development in Book 3. After all, Naruto said, ‘Kill the boy, and let the Avatar be Born.’ Azula, Zuko, and Ozai will appear in the next chapter.

Drinor

Aang and Naruto will have the biggest character development during the Third Book, especially Aang. Raava won’t have much importance in this story.

Drinor

I wanted to add Azula in this chapter, but I decided this chapter will focus only on Naruto Vs Aang. Azula and Zuko will appear 100% in the next chapter.

This honestly was beautiful. I honestly felt like I was reading and being given a fight between Hashirama and Madara. One isn't afraid to draw the wicked's blood to protect the innocent. And the other, truly is set in their own beliefs that they can't see the truth. It really fits Aang here like how Hashirama messed up greatly when capturing the Tailed Beasts like animals and distributing them among the Great Villages... His way didn't work... And hopefully Aang too will "wake up to reality". It was saddening to see Naruto leave, but I do agree with him... How long before Aang snaps again because he can't agree with Naruto's methods. What if Katara isn't around next time to calm Aang? And I love Toph's worry over Naruto's wellbeing. With some time apart, hopefully the group can reconcile in the Future. I think just like Zuko, Aang is gonna have to do some deep inner searching within himself. Honestly, I'm sort of expecting a little fluff after all this tension and that wonderful climax to this group. Maybe actually see Toph not wanna talk to Naruto because of how hurt he got. And Naruto's gotta break down Toph's tough exterior by giving her a heart to heart... This makes me wonder though... How do Aang, Katara, and Sokka go from here, cause their group is definitely not gonna be positive for awhile. I wonder now if we'll see Sokka stepping up more as brains since Katara is likely going to be trying to cheer and help Aang up. Can't wait to see how things go from here.

Wow this chapter was intense! Aang the same brat who managed to stop himself from killing Ozai (the main villain and perpetrator of the war at least in the current era) was unwilling to stop himself from trying killing Naruto (one of his closest friend) and would have done it if not for his love Katara litterally having to throw herself in between them, Also I agree that this make shift group has run its course and Naruto and Toph have to go their own way. I like the ending with Wan (not sure if you plan to incorporate that Raava spirit is what allows reincarnation as she passes through Avatar to Avatar)

William Kwok

What a climax!!! I was wondering if you would add another chapter or two to see if Azula would approach Naruto after his inevitable clash with Aang. But this is still satisfying on its own. As expected, Toph left with Naruto and Sokka also expressed his disappointment with Aang. As for the Fire Nation characters, what do you have in store for them!?

Anthony Rodriguez

Well, Naruto left at the end of the Chapter.

Drinor

To be honest Naruto should’ve been left I was getting tired of Aang’s shit good for him
