I would like to know what you think. (Important)
Added 2024-09-05 15:28:53 +0000 UTCI feel like my writing could be better, and I would like to know if you think I should put more work into one chapter.
Right now, I write around 4-5K Words per day, and I need to review them myself for any grammar errors since English is not my mother tongue; I was taught English in school and learned it from reading books and watching movies.
I feel that writing so much is a bad thing for my stories.
For example, just last month in August, I wrote around 50K-60K Words for just one month. For example, the first Harry Potter book has 77K Words.
I feel that if I paid more attention and spent more time on the chapters individually, the writing would come out better, and you would like the stories more. This would lead to me publishing a chapter every 3-5 Days instead of every 2 Days and sometimes in one single day which can get exhausting since I have to keep writing until late at night.
I will be honest: Writing so much can get exhausting because I don't really have anyone to help me write. Everything in my stories is written by one single person: me.
Anyway, I would like to know what you all think. Should I devote more time and attention to one chapter, or is my writing already good enough?
Note: There will still be two One Shots every single month. That won't change.
Thank you all for Supporting me, and I hope you all have a Good Day. A Prince of House Targaryen Chapter 83 will come out on 6 September.
Second Note: For those who have read Release Date of Story Chapters for September 2024.
Even if the second option of this poll wins. I will make sure to write all the chapters that I promised in that post.

2024-09-16 20:54:18 +0000 UTCYou are already a good writer. It is even more impressive when english is not even your mother tongue. So take care of yourself first. The storys can came when it's the right time to publicize. After all, it is not needed to rush them for publication. Take your time, flesh them out and you have a wonderful story to share when it's time.

2024-09-05 22:44:39 +0000 UTCI’m just one of those fans that will take what they can get. It’s up to you honestly when you can release a chapter. Your one of the good writers whose kept up a good schedule and don’t think you need to push yourself. Just make sure each chapter is good to the best of your ability and take a break as real life often takes a toll on everyone.

2024-09-05 19:01:16 +0000 UTCFor someone who’s not English, your writing is really good (it sometimes shows that you’re not English but it’s really minor). I wouldn’t want you to feel burned out by having to much to do on your own. If you take a day or two extra to write and review the chapters, that’s perfectly fine by me ! You do what’s best to keep these awesome stories coming to us !

2024-09-05 18:18:13 +0000 UTCYour writing is well done. I like the details that you go into and the grammar is far better than most non native speakers so I have no complaints. And yes take breaks if you need to. A week off is never a bad thing especially if it’s going to affect your writing.

2024-09-05 16:53:06 +0000 UTCPersonally I already love what you write, but if you want to tame more time to properly see your stories it is understandable and your right as an author Then again, we readers are selfish little parasites, so I can’t be sad when publish sp much of such beautiful stories If you are not a native speaker then is even more impressive

2024-09-05 16:14:04 +0000 UTCI think your writing is fine but I would say to take your time and make sure you enjoy writing, I'd rather the updates be a little slower than have you burn out and not get to finish.

2024-09-05 15:40:22 +0000 UTCHonestly I would say it depends on people. I personally don't really care about grammar or writing style. Hell I have read stories that the person writing them was mixing up the characters names, but I still read it because by god that story had me captivated. I guess what I'm trying to say is that the story style shouldn't really matter that much if you really like it. Although yes there will always be people that will write reviews about grammar/style mistakes than they thoughts about story. This is my opinion and honestly just write at your own pace don't push your self to exhaustion we can wait for the chapters hell there are stories that get updates like once every couple of months getting monthly updates considering the amount of active stories you have is insane. Jesus I'm rambling alot here sorry.

2024-09-05 15:38:22 +0000 UTCAvoiding burnout is important, if you need to extend time between releases by a few days - that's the right move

2024-09-05 15:36:43 +0000 UTCTake your time and slow down if yiu need a couple extra days is that much and im sure most people will understand and those that don't will come to understand. Plus I personally feel that your will benefit from it. As well as you will feel more assured of your work. Keep up the great work.

2024-09-05 15:34:29 +0000 UTCBurnout is the death of many good authors, if you feel like you're constantly rushing and harried, you're probably on the way there. Slow down now so you don't wind up stopping completely later.
