For starters, Eren's titan is much stronger; this is also not the first time he transformed, he is fully in control of his titan form and is thoroughly trained in its use. Continuing, he's also not alone, many already know his secret and he's not outrightly treated like a freak by every human being around him, they have his back and that is a lot considering how originally was brought in front of a firing squad on the spot, he knows that could happen but he trusts his colleagues, those that know the truth to stand for him. Ultimately, there's a change of mentality: This is the buildup for a hero determined to save his people, not a martyr ready to lay down his life to destroy his enemies.

2023-07-19 18:07:10 +0000 UTCStill, they are trying to set up a trap for the Warriors, if they just reveal that the actually have a bunch more of shifters then Armored and Colossal (and company) would not reveal themselves to try and kidnap Eren. That would discard the best shot people in the walls have to capture their enemies.

Also, it'll help Eren in the end. He shouldered the burden of such a daunting task in the series/manga and it changed him immensely. This way, he's not alone. But then again, it's your choice. Also, I'm looking forward to more chapters of this story and Shinobi of Paradis. No spoilers. Lol
