Mr. Navarro is Billy's landlord and visits him every month to "collect the rent" which obviously consists of sitting on the rimming chair and letting Billy eat!

Amir is a huge bodybuilder living in Billy's apartment building with his wife Keyra and a bunch of kids. Since they met, Billy transformed this huge brute into a horny SLU7, obsessed with f1sting.
