First Time at Arima Onsen part 1 ♨️有馬温泉はじめて日記① ✨

Hey everyone!　みなさんこんにちは！
The other day I visited a craft syrup company in Kyoto (for my kvas project👀), and since I was already nearby decided to make a small trip to Arima Onsen! ♨️💛

先日、クラフトシロップの会社を訪ねて京都に行ってきました（クワスプロジェクトのためです👀）。せっかく近くまで来たので、ちょっと足を伸ばして有馬温泉にも行ってみました♨️💛

It was my first time there, and I’ve always heard it’s one of the three oldest hot springs in Japan! The place is famous for its unique golden and silver hot springs — the golden one is rich in iron and salt, giving the water its beautiful brownish color and a very strong mineral scent.

実は今回が初めての有馬温泉！日本三古湯のひとつとして有名ですよね。ここは「金泉」と「銀泉」という2種類の温泉があって、特に金泉は鉄分と塩分がとても豊富で、お湯が茶褐色に見えるのと、強いミネラルの香りが特徴です。

Actually, I couldn’t stay in the water too long this time — my head started to feel super light and floaty all of a sudden 😵‍💫 I guess the minerals were too strong for me. So unlike my long relaxing soak in Kusatsu, this was more like a short but powerful healing moment!

Still, I really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the place and left feeling super refreshed and calm. ✨
ただ、今回はあまり長く入っていられませんでした💦 急に頭がふわふわしてきて…😵‍💫 ミネラルが強すぎたのかもしれません。草津温泉でゆっくり長く浸かれたのとは違って、今回は「短時間でしっかり癒される」感じでした！

それでも、有馬の静かで落ち着いた雰囲気にとても癒されて、心も体もスッキリしました✨
