About work...
Well, this week I was busy revising the comments and answering question for Night Lessons new update.
A few were the common thing, Powell story locked at some point talking with Thomas and Lana story virtual assistant keeps in a loop.
Two of them are related with old save files and persistent data. This is because I'm working in the game, adding and removing things in each update. With the new conditionals, the old save files are totally incomplete and that (easily explanation) is the problem.
How to fix it? Well, I know this sucks so much, but basically removing all of that data in the saves folder and then starting again :S
This won't happen to me anymore, for the next project I'll provide all the structure I'll need and more to avoid this fucking thing, I know is a pain in the ass so hard, but when I started Night Lessons I had no the idea of make a game like this.
For the next project, I'm pretty sure of what to do, so I hope will have no problems like this.
Aside to that, I finished three pictures for a commission and the ink of another comic page.

From the amazing Call Me Tonight (1986). A short movie from a girl who meets a guy who becomes a tentacle monster when he is horny. The girl runaway and the monster try to catch her? The girl destroy the monster in an epic battle? No, man, that was the 80s!!
The girl try to cure the guy, helping him to control the transformation! Fear? In the 80s?... no way.
Lovely short movie, totally worth the watch, 4'5/5 in the Nikscale.
Aside work...
I started the book from Steven Pinker The Blank Slate, finally I found some time to start read again. Also, the book I'm reading with my girlfriend as I said in the last post is worse than I think, but well, shit happens.
I leave the Soul Calibur and I started to play a few indie games I have in the Steam Library.

2024-08-17 21:22:34 +0000 UTCPues tienes razón, gráficamente tanto los enemigos como los escenarios, recuerdan mucho más al Final Fight, aunque las melodías tan electrónicas me recuerdan a la banda sonora de Streets of Rage. No sé si lo has probado pero The TakeOver también me parece un homenaje a los beat'em ups de la época y a cualquier película de los 80-90.
