Update on writing

Long time no update :). I've been pretty busy with life.
Work wise I've mainly been focused on editing Azarinth. Book four has been in copy edits for a while and I'm currently working on book five. I think I've also mentioned before that I've been setting up a new world to write in. I wrote a few chapters back in January but after revisiting them a few months ago, they didn't feel right anymore so I redid them.
Now that book four is mostly done on my end, I can be a little bit more flexible with my time again. Currently trying to switch between writing and edits every week. For editing, that works well, but I have a hard time writing into a void. So, I'm going to post what little I have of the new story onto Patreon. It would mean a lot if you checked it out and shared your thoughts. Updates will be sporadic and without schedule. If I can write a reasonable amount, I might start charging 2.50 for that tier again.
I won't be posting on Royalroad until I have a good chunk of backlog.

Oh forgot to mention - I forgot to pause the billing a few times so some of you may have been charged over the last few months. If you want a refund there, just dm me and I'll provide one if I can.

2024-07-23 21:54:30 +0000 UTCRight now, I'm writing my story - I'm on book 3, doing copy edits on book 1, and working with a developmental editor to close some holes in my plot on books 1&2. What works for me to juggle between those three tasks is assigning a specific time of day for each. I write in the morning until a chapter is ready, then handle the comms from my editor, and in the evening, I do the line-by-line copy edits. So far, it has been working great for me. Maybe you can try that - of course, if you want to juggle more than one task.

Is audible for book 4 and 5 also coming or is that a future maybe thing? Also is Infrasound going to continue? it felt like it only finalised the world building on chapter 91 and I was hoping to read more
