Maybe you know about this , but maybe not, so...

Yesterday, Patreon sent me an email about some problems we had last month with payments. Everyone here can see how my english improve this years and how now I'm a master of this beautiful language... ehem, but I guess is better if I leave you here this post from Tyler, the VP of Operations :

With that on mind, you know maybe this month would have some issues like last month, "What can I do Nik!? tell me! tell me!" well, I have no idea...

But the kind gentlemen and ladies from patreon know what to do and they sent me this:

If your patrons are having any trouble, here’s what they can do:

If their bank suspects that the Patreon payment is fraudulent, a patron can call up their bank to confirm the payment is theirs and genuine.
If their payment failed, they can follow these steps or switch to a different payment method.
If they are seeing an international processing fee, they can switch their pledge to a different bank that doesn’t charge for international payments.
They can reach out to the Patreon support team to get account specific help.

Here’s what we’ll be doing:

We’ll reach out via email to any patron who receives a “declined” payment with info on what they can do and how.
We will continue Patreon’s proactive practice of retrying payments throughout the month.

Also, let me say thanks for your patience, I think this needs to works easily for people who are supporting this kind of projects, and when you see that sometimes you need to spent more time on this than you thought... is not great.
