Commission - Showdown At Dawn

They wanted to have their three characters have a standoff at a crossroad of sorts. Without making the picture too wide and messing up the composition by making the chracters look small, I did it on the outskirts of a western town, beyond the railtracks.
I had a lot of fun with experimenting with the colour palette on this one, I really wanted to try and do a limited palette that conveys the heat and time of day, whilst still being very stark and dramatic. I think it came across well!
