Cartwright and Tenner - Case 1 - Update 6
Added 2022-03-25 22:20:59 +0000 UTCCartwright and Tenner is a choose your own adventure mystery horror comic in which you the audience can suggest actions for the main characters to partake as they investigate their cases.
To suggest an action, all you need to do is comment on the patreon post about what they should do! Feel free to be as detailed as you want! If you make a long post, try to provide a summary in a similar vein to something like this:
- "Action: [Investigate] X"
- "Action: [Talk] to X about Y"
- "Action: [Pick up] X"
- "Action: [Cast] X"

Action: It seems like time is going to be of the essence, once Bo starts running, it seems as if it's going to have no issue keeping pace with the car, possibly at risk of heating himself up even more in the process. As soon as Bo has eyes on Branson, floor it straight over to the university pool, traffic laws and roads be damned if need be. Of course, getting into the pool with such a beast on your tail means it's going to be hard to safely exit the car and enter the facility normally... Which is why it is best to plow the car through the wall or windows of the facility, maybe even driving straight into the pool if need be. Just hope the payout's well enough for any repair costs. If possible, Tenner's unique terms of existence within the mortal plane might prove to be beneficial. If he's not as impacted by, well, impacts as a normal person, maybe he could stomach rolling out of the car after busting through the facility's wall, and begin to circle the pool with salt to trap the demon, interrogation and having living proof of what had to be done might make the insurance claims much easier after all.

Take that boys bat and prepare to do some minor violence to ensure the lure works out. Attack(or distract since i doubt you could really hurt that big boy) only if abosulutey nesscary. Action: Tenner, prepare to take over the car in the worst case scenario. Folks have been recomending this already, but if the water fails and they can't get him in cold shock, the literal best move is to try and lead him towards a university pool. Mayhaps it's time for a second show of tenners sick driving skillz(i.e crashing)

If necessary, you can possess him and protect him from Bo Branson- Bo seemed to hate his reflection- if there is a part of him that is still fighting, you can try and lure him to look into the water to give yourself an opportunity. Cartwright - You might have to deal with the monster after the possesion ends- perhaps you can lure it to one of the scavenger prints, if any remain, and get rid of it for good.

And perhaps give him a charm for luck or strength or confidence etc. Though he does not need to know that it is simply a mundane object

I'm a big fan of the way colour is used for mood setting in these issues, with the subtle pops giving you the mood and temperature of the scene. Branson is a cutie I wanna smooch. I see why Cartwright has a caffeine problem if that is the aftermath of a protection ritual. And I am loving the world growth. Sister Stone sounds like my kinda gal
