I'm still slogging my way through on the 2nd half of the Jinx holiday strip but in the meantime, I wanted to share this silly little sketch of Lapis I did that my friend LewdsSonk kindly splashed some really awesome colors onto.
Originally I did want to wait until I finished the Jinx holiday strip before I posted anything else but I can tell I'm going to take a fair bit of time on that and I'd rather not sit on this image for too long so I may as well go ahead and share it with you all now!

But yeah a lot of good fanart came out of the show regardless. Plus I personally like my friend LewdsSonk's take on Lapis.

Then again you have been doing this long enough to know that xD I have never really watched Steven Universe. While I don't think there is anything morally wrong with the show, I just don't like musicals. So the show having lots of songs in it was a big no for me. I will forever be thankful for all the size fan art that came from the show though xD

Don't worry about how fast/slow you are drawing. Take your time and make sure you are enjoying it. Otherwise, what's that point?
