Life of the Party (Gift Art)
Added 2024-01-26 21:32:08 +0000 UTCIt was my friend, LewdsSonk's birthday this month and I ended up making this strip for them. The original strip was a bit more personalized but I made some alternate versions of it so that I could share it with you all too.
They're a lot like me with how I like Raven except they like Lapis a lot so I tried to give em a whole lot of Lapis in this.
I've included some fun bonuses such as a spycam version of the strip that was just a fun way to re contextualize the image which allowed you to get a better look at Lapis in full for each panel without the cage obstructing her. And for anyone that was curious about what exactly was being shown on the tv, I included those images too. ;)
I realize this has been quite the detour from me working on the 2nd part of my Jinx strip but I'm gonna be diving back into working on that now. I apologize to anyone who is still patiently waiting to see the 2nd part of that!

And while it was a fixed angle, I tried to see if I could capture some fun Poses from Lapis from a fixed position. And then my friend also egged me on to add Raven onto the tv in it which is how you got Raven in there too lol.

2024-01-26 23:28:49 +0000 UTCI don't put too much thought into what the actual in-universe explanation is as to what's going on in my art but there was something fun about the idea that somewhere out there, there's just a big ol' Raven roaming about. (: I do sometimes drop some hints for what's going on in some pics but I more or less like leave things open to people's interpretation on how Raven got so big. Maybe it's just a random spell gone awry? Maybe she's messing around with portals to hop around into alternate universes/dimensions? Or maybe it's those demon genes kicking in some way? Who knows lol.
