which would make him be able to listen to kaien best and present a perspective he hasn’t come to consider yet, as compared to papahina who has a very similar personality as him and they might both fall off track with their echoing adhd AGFAHFAJ 👯👯 (the number of times i lost track in conversations with my ADHD cousins because we’re all just single braincells clinging onto our short term memories and getting too excitable about new topics and chucking old ones 😭😭😭)
🐰💦 this chapter was one of my favourites to work on… i was never able to approach my parents to open up about emotional and identity struggles at kaien’s age so this really healed my inner child with kageyama having his moment to shine as a dad… so i hope you enjoy this chapter!!!

They both have their own social struggles, but I think hearing about these struggles from someone who can also understands how impactful it is for your sets to be hindered by these emotions will mean so much. It’s really tough seeing that people you were once leveled with have grown together without you while you feel stuck. You don’t know if they’ll like how you’ve changed and matured yourself either, and it’s like this horrible identity crisis. I love Kaien so much it’s okay bby things will get better ♥️♥️♥️

I imagine Kunimi and Kindaichi letting him follow them around because they felt sorry for him being all alone all the time but the weren’t friends. Tobio locking himself in the bathroom during lunch too eat all by himself🥲🥲 It feels truly amazing seeing how much Tobio has grown and although Kaien is a split image of Shoyo, Tobio really sees himself in his son’s head sometimes. And I have a feeling that he’s the only one who will get Kaien out of his head❤️

2024-07-03 15:47:00 +0000 UTCas someone who never knew how to open up to their parents, this update just hits different, it got me a little emotional ngl. 🥹 kaien’s struggles reminds me a lot of what i struggled with when i was a teen, not being able to fit in and which "personality" you’re supposed to have around the people you’re close to, because you’re scared that the honest and true part of yourself might be a too much of a burden to handle. so im glad kaien could talk to papayama and that tobio immediately knew what was wrong and will do his best to help him! (we love protective papayama in this house!!) i really loved this update it was really the highlight of my day thank you for this ally!!! 🫶🥹

Being apart and also from the social butterfly makes friends at the toilet Hinata would have hit him harder when they reunited. There's a certain disconnect when you come back to friends who've had the freedom to meet each other for years Vs how you missed out on so many things. But here's the thing about youth: they can make new memories together now that they're back. Things like how there was a Kaien sized hole that Kaien wouldn't be able to see because he was gone would now be filled again and I'm p sure that that's how the other two would view it too. Also Papayama with the grey hair streaks is 👀👀👀👀👀🙏
