Invoking the Wolf (Trenton)

In an inspired frenzy, I set out to just illustrate not one but TWO of these bad boys in one day. That was a wild time, considering how much I've struggled with my work this first quarter... it feels good to seize any opportunity I can to indulge in my passion again.

Trenton is, much like his grandfather, another personal favorite of mine as I'm sure I've stated before. He's just so hot, so delightfully yummy, and I have fun drawing him. A sleazy kind of hotness, unconcerned with concepts like shame or decency, he just likes having fun and he's been through so much shit that he doesn't really have much of a filter... I've gone on record as saying that he is easily my most raw and masculine character, by far.

This pic has a different energy compared to the Tremane illustration I did, and I think that's due to not only Trenton's particular nature but also the way he interacts with the inherited wolf spirit... I imagine he awakens to it much younger than his grandfather did, and it was sort of a companion for him growing up on the streets as a kid... he has more trust in it than Tremane, who was borderline afraid of it at times.

I'd like to do more of these in the future with more key bloodline Wolfellers (which does not include those such as Tre, who lives a very normal life compared to his ancestors...)
