Added 2019-09-18 03:33:39 +0000 UTCHello friends! Thank you once again in your support of Arktuary. We are doing our best to make the gaming community a positive and enjoyable place to play. We've had bumps in the past and are learning from them! This always includes changes. You fail. You learn. You die in Game. You learn. Same thing here! We are constantly learning and taking your input to make sure we succeed and grow long term.
We are working on making things slightly easier for the community!
This includes the use of Bots. One of them is a support bot that allows you to create a ticket by typing -new in #admin-support channel. This will create a ticket on the left side of discord for only you and the admins to see. Sometimes you might have a few admins respond, some only one. The good thing is once your issue/request is completed we complete the ticket and its deleted from left side of discord and you receive a private message with the entire conversation for your own personal use.
We have also ensured that events is now on the calendar on the website!! So no more wondering when next event is (unless its a pop up event etc).
We will be implementing some more amazing things soon, such as what Cerberus has been working on. We'll be able to deliver items and dinos to you from discord itself!!
Also, Max Tamed Dinos are based on the max level the animals are untamed in game. So if an animal, say argy, can only be tamed at highest level 150, then your patreon dino will be 150 plus the max effective tame is what we spawn in for your patreon dino!!
