I mean, the med she was on is an anti-psychotic for schizophrenia.

I was out of town when this dropped so finally got around to watching.
So much trauma. Alllll the trauma. And Nat had it before they even crashed which explains a bit as to why her character has struggled with using while it seems like most of the others we have seen have gotten on with their lives. I like that they chose to write her character as being able to take some power back through being the hunter of the group. And I agree, I like that they revealed she didn’t kill her father - though clearly she still blames herself.
I think some of Shauna’s situation can be related to trauma response as well. She got into Brown (?) but didn’t go and married Jeff what looks like right out of high school, which in and of itself was likely driven by the trauma she went through in the wilderness. A way to reclaim a “normal” life. But now that normal life feels like it’s unraveling because of her suspicions with Jeff’s behavior.
Looking forward to next eps!
